Application Instructions

  • Complete a separate application form for each student unless you are applying for Siblings applying for same school where none are currently attending that school.
  • Only one transfer approval may be used per school year.
  • Please complete the information below to begin the application process.
  • Your transfer code and a summary of this request will be sent to the email address you enter below. Notification of approval or waiting list status will also be sent to the email you provide. If you do not have an email, your email changes, or you do not know your students APS ID number you please contact your child's school.

  • If you're never had children enrolled in APS

    • Please click here to enroll and create your ParentVue account.

  • If you have had children enrolled in APS previously
    • Please use your previous Synergy account for any additional children as this will expedite your transfer request. If you are enrolling them for the first time, please enroll them in the “Transfer Support" school if you wish to enter a transfer. If you don't know that account contact the Student Service Center at 855-9040.
